DMCA and Copyright Policy

This page explains how KD Prime Publishers handles copyright and how to report content on our website that you believe infringes your rights. It is general information and not legal advice.

1. Our Position on Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our clients, partners and visitors to do the same. KD Prime Publishers operates independently. We are not affiliated with Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble or any other platform, and all third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Authors keep the copyright in their own books. Clients are responsible for confirming that they own, or have permission to use, any text, images or other material they give us.

2. How to Report Infringement

If you believe that material on kdprimepublishers.com infringes your copyright, send us a written notice that includes all of the following (see 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3)):

• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact web address (URL) of the material you want us to review, so we can find it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

3. Where to Send Your Notice

Email your notice to info@kdprimepublishers.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice", or send it by post to:

We review formal notices promptly. If a notice is complete, we may remove the material or disable access to it, and we may tell the person responsible for it that we received a complaint. We may ask you for more information if the notice is unclear.

4. Counter-Notice

If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with your signature, the location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may pass it to the original complainant. Under U.S. law, we may restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have started a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we may end our relationship with, or restrict access for, anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.

6. False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f), a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider speaking with a lawyer before you send a notice.
