• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
• Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate copyrights

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• KD Prime Publishers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., book sales, rankings, or revenue)
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
