• Work delivered or approved
• Resources and time already invested

2. Before Work Commences

If a refund request is made before any work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting:

• Administrative fees
• Payment processing charges
• Any consultation or onboarding costs incurred

3. After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be pro-rated based on the percentage of work completed
• Any work already delivered, reviewed, or approved is non-refundable
• Time, effort, and resources already allocated to the project will be considered

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once initiated, delivered, or approved:

• Completed writing, editing, or formatting work
• Approved drafts, designs, or creative assets
• Consultation sessions that have been conducted
• Strategy, planning, or research work already performed
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., ISBN purchases, publishing platform fees, advertising spend)

5. Third-Party Costs & Advertising Spend

Any fees paid to third-party platforms or services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Advertising spend via Google Ads
• Analytics or tracking services such as Google Analytics
• Publishing or registration-related expenses

KD Prime Publishers is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services.

6. Project Termination

If a project is terminated by the client:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Any outstanding balance must be settled before final files or assets are released

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

• Processed within 7-14 business days
• Issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

8. No Guarantee of Results

KD Prime Publishers does not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• Publishing approvals
• Book sales or revenue
• Search engine rankings
• Advertising performance

Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with results where services have been delivered as agreed.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Permanent termination of the account
• Legal action where applicable

We strongly encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website.
